Business Challenge

The Indian arm of the education company is launching a revolutionary product. Their app based product promotes learning after school and tracks individual growth. The major challenge for the education company was to set up an end to end process from registration to generation of intensive reports. Since this product was being offered to both students and schools,the other major challenge was generating access keys and payment through a secured payment getaway.

Wheebox designed a customized process for the client and assessed nearly 500 candidates from the date of launch till now:

• Process Management – Proposed solution through which a parent can buy online and can pay through the secured payment getaway provided by Wheebox. In case, a school wants to buy the product wheebox generated access keys and provided to the on ground team
• Online examination and detailed Customized report generation -Distributed assessment on cloud to assess kids' progress. Customized and detailed report of individual child which provides an insight into the child's performance at class level school level and national level. The report gave a basic over view of the the learning ability of the child subject wise as well as various topics included in a particular subject. Also detailed report of the school's performance at national level was also created which gives an indication of the school's ranking nationally as well as improvement areas.
